I'm currently a bioinformatician for the Englander Institute for Precision Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. I build genomic pipelines and architecture to match along with performing transcriptomic analyses.
In past lives I've dissected maggots, tutored chemistry, and talked religion. I'm always excited for new opportunities to get my hands (metaphorically) dirty and build cool stuff (whether it uses Nextflow or Lego).
I live by the beach in Asbury Park, NJ.
